• Experience in the following technical specialists: Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Microsoft TCP/IP, DNS,
• Provide L2/L3 technical assistance and support, and
• resolve problems related to AD/Exchange/O365.
• Ability to operate across both business and technology communities
• Should have good communication skills & Experience of managing team
• Responsible for raising and coordinating problem management issues
• Experience in Microsoft stack including Windows 7 and 10, EMS Suite, Azure, O365, E1 and E3 licensing for Enterprise Agreement
