Etisalat UAE ???????? is now hiring Excellent English speakers to work as TeleSales Advisors with morning fixed shifts Job benefits: • Net salary 10700EGP/Month (9000net basic, 1770 KPI’s) • 15% Cost of living allowances increase after 3 months • Commissions up to 40,000 EGP • Social and Medical insurance • Free VPN line • Fully paid training  Working conditions: • 8 working hours, 1 hour break ( fixed Shift 8 to 5 )• 5 working days ,2 days off (Rotational) Job requirements: Graduates Males & Females  Excellent up to fluent in English  Strong interpersonal skills No previous experience required Location: Maadi (Transportation NOT provided) 

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
