Job Role - Network Voice & Cisco wireless Engineer Experience Range: 4 to 7 years Job Locations: Hyderabad Job Description Must Have
- Strong Hands-on Experience on Telecom Cloud, SBC,VoIP (SIP, WebRTCP, RTCP, MRCVP, RTP etc..)
- Familiarity with VoIP hardware like IP phones, softphones, and VOIP gateways.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and other networking protocols.
- Experience with QoS (Quality of Service) to ensure high-quality voice communications.
- Knowledge of network security principles and firewall configuration for VOIP.
- Experience with LAN/WAN environments, including VLANs, VPNs, and MPLS.
- Experience with popular VOIP platforms like Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya, Asterisk, and others.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems and virtual environments like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Install, configure and administer VOIP systems.
- Troubleshoot any network voice related issues and drive for issue resolution/closure
- Problem identification and permanent fix of issues related to Network voice systems.
- Update documents as per customer defined procedures.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and help with the improvement.
