Job Responsibilities: Oversee the management of Quality Improvement Project awards and other annual events/activities. Organize and coordinate surveys (e.g., Patient Safety Culture, Patient Experience), analyze the results, and develop improvement plans based on findings. Support leadership in the design and execution of continuous improvement and innovation programs in accordance with National Healthcare Standards. Develop, deliver, and customize training sessions on Lean Thinking, RCA, and Design Thinking methodologies. Facilitate workshops, events, and projects, offering expertise in RIE, 2P, and 6S methodologies. Partner with external organizations to drive quality improvement efforts, such as organizing Quality Conferences and managing cross-institutional projects. Lead and mentor a team of internal facilitators to enhance performance. Drive and support innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD). Job Requirements: Degree in Business/ Industrial Design/ Engineering/ Medicine/ Nursing/ Pharmaceutical Science. At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the healthcare industry. Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is an added advantage. Preferably experienced with Design Thinking frameworks. Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
