Our vision is to be the market leaders in the marketing automation category across the world. The Role We're seeking a talented UX Designer to shape the future of AI-powered shopping experiences. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive interfaces across our suite of products, including AI Shopping Pages, AI Nudge, AI Quiz, and AI Support systems. Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end product experience for specific verticals within our AI shopping assistant platform
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and goals, translating them into clear product objectives and intuitive design solutions
- Design seamless experiences for features like AI-powered chat interfaces, personalized quizzes, and shopping assistants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and marketing teams
- Create and maintain design systems that work across multiple platforms (Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Helpdesk)
- Contribute to the optimization of AI-human interactions in our shopping assistance features
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in e-commerce or AI-powered interfaces
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX design work
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including:
- User research and persona development
- Information architecture
- Wireframing and prototyping
- Usability testing and iteration
- Solid interaction design and visual design skills
- Experience with modern design tools and prototyping software
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Knowledge of conversational UI design
- Experience with AI/ML-powered interfaces
- Understanding of e-commerce customer journey and conversion optimization
