PSI is looking to hire an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to support its core team in advancing this mission. The EIR will be a dynamic, cross-functional contributor, assisting in marketing, business development, product management, and operational strategies to drive the success of our legal-tech initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support

• Partner with the core team to develop and execute strategic initiatives across various business verticals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the legal and judiciary ecosystem, including clients, partners, and collaborators.
• Support the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies to expand market presence.

• Contribute to marketing campaigns, focusing on thought leadership and engagement with the judiciary and legal community.
• Assist in content creation for blogs, whitepapers, presentations, and other outreach materials.

• Collaborate with product teams to gather feedback, refine product features, and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Work on internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability within the organization.
• Manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of outcomes.

• Degree in Law, Business, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Advanced degrees such as an MBA or equivalent experience in startups are a plus.

• Proven experience in startups or high-growth environments, particularly in the legal-tech or judiciary domain.
• Track record of working on cross-functional projects, with exposure to multiple verticals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of AI-driven legal solutions or familiarity with the judiciary system is a significant advantage.
