- Learn to strategize, plan, launch & monitor all customer communications of Classplus across SMS, WhatsApp and IVR - Pre & Post customer onboarding.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams - product, design, sales, and account management; to deliver the most effective campaigns.
- Build expertise in a data-first and rigorous A/B testing approach through frequent experimentation & optimization.
- Can grab as fast as a mousetrap: Fast learner who wants to excel at execution
- Show visible interest in the field: Someone who would like to learn customer communications and marketing automation platforms
- Can connect the dots: Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to campaign objectives
