We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for MBG Corporate Services. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, analytics, and digital partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with MBG's business objectives. Create a roadmap for digital growth, targeting key metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and ensure the company’s digital presence is visible across search engines. Manage PPC campaigns and paid search strategies to generate high-quality leads. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and provide insights to improve digital performance.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to build brand presence, engage with industry professionals, and drive relevant traffic. Develop social media content calendars and oversee content creation and distribution.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant, high-quality content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics) that showcases MBG’s expertise and attracts potential clients. Ensure all content is aligned with the target audience and SEO best practices.
  • Email Marketing: Design and manage targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into clients. Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and optimize for better results.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on KPIs, return on investment (ROI), and growth metrics.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Adapt strategies based on insights gathered from research and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the consulting or B2B sector. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and analytics tools. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking.
