Role/Designation - Associate Vice President/ Senior Manager Department - FI Coverage & DCM Reporting to - Vice President – FI Coverage & DCM Job Location - Mumbai, India Overview of the Job We are looking for passionate and experienced Business Development professionals to be part of our capital markets and financial institutional coverage team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to onboard new NBFCs as lenders and partners, cross sell supply chain financing tech products, originate and distribute supply chain assets and Syndicate assets. You will work closely with departments within the organization and externally with the Financial Institutes towards building strong relationships that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. The role is a revenue centric function. Significant experience across the Credit Investment Life Cycle - Origination, Credit, Deal Negotiations, Due Diligence, Documentation, Monitoring Syndication, part of Structured Finance & Debt Syndication. Overview of the Function FI Coverage and DCM function partners with banks and financial institutions to raise funds. CredAble’s BaaS solution aims to automate the entire order to cash cycle for Banks, in turn enabling smooth and targeted solutions to their clients. CredAble leverages it’s deep understanding of buyer, supplier and financier eco-systems to tailor solutions that align stakeholder interests and help build resilient, digital – first, agile financing programs. Your Role at CredAble
  1. Revenue Function – The role entails on revenue generation targets for multiple products including from SAAS, Syndication and Asset Sell down.
  2. Project Execution – The incumbent should be able to oversee large project execution by managing internal and external stakeholders
  3. Structured Finance – The candidate is expected to execute structures relevant for NBFCs for effectively manage ALM
  4. Work closely with the Business Heads at CredAble to formulate and execute strategy for financial institutional coverage and capital requirements.
  5. Coordinating with Business Team, Risk Operations, Finance Teams internally to meet all the requirements of the Lenders / financing partner
  6. Ensuring Quality execution and timely completion of the deliverables to close deals for co-lending, FI Alliance/partnership, platform financing, and/or debt/fund raising, BaaS.
  7. Interacting & building relationships with Banks/ NBFCs/ FIs to explore various Alliance/partnership opportunities and to raise on-balance sheet
  8. Use digital and offline channels to improve FI coverage and raise funds in form of debt and other Capital Market Instruments.
  9. Assisting the Banks/ NBFCs/ FIs for onboarding and maintain the relationships.
  10. Ensure adherence to the compliances stipulated by various Banks/ NBFCs/ FIs and periodical submission of data.
  11. Perform vendor credit assessment and contribute towards the improvement of the credit model.
  12. Understand complete lending and platform journey and provide suggestions for the roadmap
What will you bring to CredAble?
  1. 5 to 8 years work experience in NBFC treasury (Treasury size of 400-800 crores)
  2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  3. Fluent in giving presentations to top-level management.
  4. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  5. Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically to independently drive business origination in the assigned market.
Education Chartered Accountant or Masters in Finance.
