Job Responsibilities

Design and implement engaging mathematics and science lesson plans that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Utilize various instructional methods, including hands-on experiments and technology integration, to cater to diverse learning styles.
Assess and analyze student performance through regular testing and feedback, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration in scientific inquiry and mathematical reasoning.
Develop and maintain a curriculum that aligns with academic standards and integrates real-world applications of math and science concepts.
Encourage students to participate in science fairs, math competitions, and extracurricular activities to enhance their learning experience.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress and classroom activities.
Stay current with advancements in mathematics and science education through professional development and continuous learning.
Mentor and support students in developing their academic and career aspirations in STEM fields.
Collaborate with other educators to create interdisciplinary projects that link mathematics and science to other subjects.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Math's and Physics concepts and their practical applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning.
Organizational and time-management skills.
