A Baby Care Nurse with home care experience specializes in providing comprehensive care to infants in a home setting. Their primary responsibilities include:
- Infant Care : Managing daily routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and ensuring the baby's comfort and safety.
- Health Monitoring : Regularly assessing the baby's vital signs and developmental milestones, and promptly reporting any concerns to healthcare providers.
- Parental Guidance : Educating parents on newborn care practices, including breastfeeding techniques, sleep routines, and recognizing signs of common infant health issues.
- Environment Maintenance : Ensuring the baby's environment is clean, safe, and conducive to healthy development.
- Emotional Support : Providing reassurance and support to parents, helping them adjust to their new roles and responsibilities.
