We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in high-quality sportswear, with a strong focus on martial arts apparel, including rashguards, shorts, and leggings. We work primarily with stretch fabrics such as polyester and spandex blends.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sewing Machine Specialist with extensive skills in handling stretch fabrics. You'll be working with high-performance sportswear materials and are expected to be proficient in using flatseamer, overlocker, and coverstitch machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain flatseamer, overlocker, and coverstitch machines with precision.
Cut, sew, and assemble sportswear garments, ensuring high-quality finishes, especially with stretch fabrics like polyester and spandex.
Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Inspect and troubleshoot machines to ensure optimal performance.
Contribute to quality control and make adjustments for fit and durability of garments.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with flatseamer, overlocker, and coverstitch machines.
Proven track record of working with stretch fabrics (polyester, spandex) in sportswear production.
Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards in garment construction.
Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.
Willingness to relocate to the UK (sponsorship provided for the right candidate).
