As a Sales Team Lead you will have the essential role of managing the team responsible for executing our sales strategy and vision by successfully signing and onboarding new partners and improving the customer experience through an increased restaurant supply for our customers.What You'll DoLeadership and Team Management:Lead, inspire, and manage the the team of executives to achieve ambitious targetsProvide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success and professional developmentDrive overall KPI adherenceProcess Driven and OrganizationBuild, monitor and enforce system and process compliance to enable KPI successCollaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement effective strategiesProficient in problem solving at scaleCreative as well as data drivenCreate, implement and improve new and existing processesExcellent communicator and presentation skillsWhat You'll Need3-5 years of experience managing a commercial team with strong operational exposureRecord in launching a team, department or project is a plusProven track record of success in account management and team managementTrack record in team transformations from strategy to managementBuilding a culture of high performance, momentum and joint sense of purposeFood delivery/tech experience experience is a plusProficient in data analysis, excel, etc.Experience with CRM tools
