The Cost and Income Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the organization's cost and revenue streams. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints to enhance financial performance.
Analyze and control costs to improve profitability.
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, standards, and procedures.
Monitor inventory and production costs, and conduct variance analysis.
Collaborate with departments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual income reports.
Prepare regular financial reports detailing cost performance and variance analysis directly to the CEO.
Work closely with managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure accurate cost control.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
