Chief Commercial Officer - Munster - Cpl HealthcareWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our new Irish operation.A global leader in temperature-controlled logistics exclusively serving the life sciences industry, our client provides unmatched supply chain solutions for sensitive biopharmaceutical products. This role will be key to driving business growth and success in Ireland.The Role & Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the life sciences sector.Secure new business opportunities and establish long-term strategic client partnerships with the Business Development team.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.Create and manage organisational budgets and monitor KPIs to track performance.Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and establish connections.Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive long-term business success.Requirements:8-10+ years of experience in commercial/operations/site lead role within the logistics/supply chain sector.Experience in temperature controlled or cold chain logistics would be a major advantage.Experience working in, or working with clients from, the life sciences or related sectors would be a major advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for the life sciences sector.Salary & Benefits:The salary package on offer will be negotiated at a senior leadership/executive level to reflect the significant complexities and responsibilities of this role.The role can be office based, hybrid or primarily remote (within Ireland) to suit the incoming candidate.Candidates without full eligibility to live and work in Ireland on a permanent basis will not be considered.
