This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury care home provider who are looking to appoint a Clinical Lead to manage the nursing unit in a nursing home near Royston. This stunning new build will be home to 63 older people and represents the latest in modern luxury care home living. Requirements

• RGN qualification with valid NMC Pin
• Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Experience in a similar setting

Responsibilities

• To support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home
• Delivering person centred care for all residents
• Undertake audits
• Carry out staff supervisions and appraisals

Remuneration

• £50 - £55K NEG/DOE
