Job Location : Abuja Deadline : January 15, 2025 Quick Recommended Links Job Summary- We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen client partnerships and ensure excellent service delivery.
- You will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build trust with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FAVE CONSULTING services.
- Provide periodic performance reports and updates to clients.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
