(Kajang) Quality Assurance Asst (China Export)

1. Quality Management:
   1. Verify all stock's quality and amount, place orders or GRNs, and update the system.
   2. Alert to errors or non-conformities; rectify them right away.
   3. Verify batch number, production date, and printing details with the Quality Control staff.
   4. Ascertain all materials are inspected for quality before final production is completed according to standards.
   5. Accountable for the efficient operation of the HACCP system, carrying out required hazard analyses, addressing concerns about food safety, and updating documentation.
   6. Handle surveillance and audits, including GMP, HACCP, VHM, GACC, and others.
2. Regulatory & Export Management:
   1. Arrange export documentation: CAIQ stickers, export permits, health certificates, and others.
   2. Manage clients and suppliers in China for stock exports to China.
   3. Monitor closely on the export carton being loaded onto the forwarder's transporter.
3. Cost Management:
   1. Evaluate the efficiency of work and cost-benefit ratios, and make recommendations for enhancements.
   2. Establish a production schedule, control labor and plant resources to achieve goals, minimum lost.
4. Hygiene Management:
   1. Check the cleanliness of the EBN output (final product) by workers.
   2. Monitor employees’ personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness.

1. Knowledge or experience of ISO / GMP / HACCP will be advantageous.
2. Able to plan, organise, implement, and supervise daily production activities.
3. Dedicated, cautious individual who can meet deadlines and specifications.
4. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Willing to support in any troubleshooting cases.

1. Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu & English, able to read & write.
2. Cert/Diploma/Degree in Food Science or Production related courses.
3. Welcome fresh grad / min SPM + 2 years experience in food manufacturing.
4. Have your own transport, able to travel when necessary.
5. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, alternate Saturday 8.30am-1.30pm.
