- Supervise and participate in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes and standards, including pastries and desserts.
- Monitor portion control and ensure presentation meets established guidelines.

- Monitor food costs and budgetary guidelines, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring efficient workflow and kitchen productivity.
- Monitor portion control and ensure presentation meets established guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and health codes
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role, preferably with proficiency in pastry and dessert preparation
- Able to converse well in English and/or Malay Language
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to handle various responsibilities and adapt to the evolving needs of the cafe.
