Supply Manager

About the Role: In the role of a Supply Manager, you will be responsible to identify the critical functions of any material or product and focus on improving them for BOQs to fit budget. You should have the knowledge on sourcing and alignment of contractor and interior vendors as per Supply plan and ensure strict adherence. You will contribute to a better understanding of the product's performance and quality, which can help Livspace optimise and enhance overall quality. You will take up Vendor negotiations and contribute to owning Product Margins. Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance teams) to track/resolve above parameters/issues.
• Tracking of Product Rates, vendor's project POs, Invoices, GST filing and Payments.
• Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards and churning along with day to day vendor escalation management.
• Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.
• Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives

• Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 2/ Tier 3 institute.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in vendor management or operations
• Problem solving capabilities
• Good communication skills – Verbal & Written
• Moderate skill of excel, ppt, word
• Good aptitude
• Extremely high level of ownership
• Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
