*NEW* Call Centre Officer (West, 5days, full training provided, $12/H) #HCL Singapore | Posted: Dec 26, 2024 Responsibilities: Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks. Receive and handle inbound customer orders (via hotline). Document and record customer details. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer queries as per standard operating procedures and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution. Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues. Liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions. Requirements: Have Call centre experience/ Customer Service/order processing experience preferred. Provide high service levels to the respective customers and clients.
