Procurement - Import Export Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Operate the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process. Execute the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities. Communicate with export and import and related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities. Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities and support in relation to the organization's sales, purchasing, materials management, production and overall operating functions. Manage import & export of products and follow up and coordinate for customs clearance and logistics process. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example: shipping schedules; letters of credit; licenses; declarations; ICP (Internal Export Control Compliance Program) verification. Investigate, plan and implement strategically effective and relevant transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the organization and its suppliers and customers. Job Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or any other related field. Major in International Business is plus. Preferably 2 to 3 years experience in Semiconductor Industry (Supply Chain Management) Familiar with international trade regulation, taxations and Tradenet Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes Good communication and coordination skills. Familiar with ERP, Oracle is plus. Familiar with STS and STP will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
