Branch Manager (Bar & Bistro) Job Description: In charge of the day-to-day store operations with responsibilities involving sales, cashiering, staff management, and customer handling. Achieve branch KPI, sales targets, goals, and objectives. Ensure that the outlet has maintained good housekeeping standards and maximum cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure that all staff understand and adhere to food hygiene and housekeeping procedures. Assess and handle customer complaints. Provide in-house operations training. Interview part-time staff applicants, conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and counseling. Requirements: Preferably with 3 years’ F&B or retail experience. Possess good management and strong leadership qualities. Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly. Good interpersonal skills. Strong sense of customer service. Quick thinker with the ability to solve problems and make effective decisions. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
