Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service and Logistics Coordinator to manage the logistics, installation, and servicing of AV and lighting equipment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from delivery and setup to post-service support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the transportation, delivery, and installation of AV and lighting equipment for events and projects. Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure all equipment is in good working condition and meets the specific needs of each project. Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and maintained. Provide customer service support by handling any issues related to equipment or installations, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions. Organize and schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment, liaising with vendors and service providers as necessary. Maintain and update records related to equipment servicing, logistics, and inventory. Assist with event setups and breakdowns, ensuring all equipment is ready and functioning properly. Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations during installations and service calls. Key Qualifications Proven experience in logistics, service coordination, or related fields, preferably within the AV or lighting industry. Strong understanding of AV and lighting equipment, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software. Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate delivery vehicles (if required for the role). A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail. Preferred Skills and Experience Knowledge of AV equipment brands and the latest industry trends. Previous experience in coordinating large-scale events or installations. Experience working with clients to address specific service requirements. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for event-related tasks. Why Join Us?
