Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute bold, attention-grabbing social media campaigns and follow through with monthly social media plans to ensure various platforms are deployed most effectively.
  2. Monitor competitions’ social media platforms, conduct competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
  3. Manage and execute campaigns from planning and content creation to scheduling, deployment, and reporting. Collaborate with agencies to create scroll-stopping engaging content (visuals, videos, and copy) that resonates with the target audience, ensuring alignment with brand voice/personality and campaign objectives.
  4. Moderate user-generated content in line with the Brand guidelines for each platform.
  5. Maintain brand standards across social media platforms.
  6. Analyze and report on the performance of organic and paid social media campaigns, providing key metrics and insights to optimize future efforts. Develop bi-weekly and post-campaign reports of all social media platforms, and recommend improvements to drive engagement levels based on the platform's core audience.
  7. Monitor brand mentions, trends, customer sentiment, and share actionable insights to refine social media strategy. Continuously monitor customer feedback and complaints across platforms and respond in a timely manner. Create conversations that people want to join. Start trends and engage with communities to grow the audience.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the brands remain ahead of the curve in digital marketing.
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally (operations, supply chain, etc.) on marketing activities to ensure smooth implementation.
  10. Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across key platforms to drive engagement, conversations, and brand awareness. Oversee digital media buys to ensure efficient use of budget to maximize reach and ROI.
  11. Capture the content of brand activities (new product launches, activations, events, etc.) in line with various platform specifics to champion the brand’s presence in real-time across key relevant platforms.
  12. Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline and enhance content creation (e.g., AI-driven video and/or image tools), social listening, and scheduling. Experiment with new platforms, formats, and features as they launch, ensuring the brand is pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.
  13. Manage Google My Business to ensure that online presence is optimized for local searches and engagement. Update and maintain the GMB profile to improve visibility, engage with customer reviews, update business information, and enhance search performance.
Skills:
  • Effective communication skills – both verbal and written in both Arabic & English.
  • Graphic Design Skills (added advantage).
  • Effective interpersonal skills - willing to work across teams (internal & external).
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills and workflows in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and self-management skills under pressure.
  • Proactive in taking initiatives and staying up to date with the latest marketing trends.
