Plant Manager Assistant
تفاصيل الوظيفة
Responsibilities
- Train, educate, and discipline all employees on how to improve job duties and performance.
- Conduct thorough communication and collaboration with the operation manager to address all branch needs.
- Collaborate with the operation manager for operational efficiency and better addressing of the branch needs.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of the employees in the plant and report the results to the HR department.
- Self-Starter.
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in the field of Chemical Engineering or Metrological Engineering.
- Industrial or its equivalent from a reputed university.
- Qualified candidate trained in food safety regulations is needed.
- Must have experience in kiln operations.
