The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement practices, aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives and budgets.Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities, new vendors, and product innovations.Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and minimize risks.Collaborate with internal teams to understand material and service requirements.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure a smooth supply chain.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.Develop and maintain accurate procurement documentation, including reports, contracts, and purchase records.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement or supply chain role.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor relations.Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical abilities to evaluate costs, risks, and benefits.Why Join Us?At DigitalTek Solutions, we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment where you will have opportunities to grow professionally.
