Position: Associate Manager - Business Development & SalesOverview:Seeking a dynamic individual to drive business growth in management & business consulting services. You'll cultivate new opportunities, lead sales efforts, and provide strategic consulting guidance.Responsibilities:1. Business Development: - Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with company goals. - Research market trends and maintain client pipeline. - Collaborate with teams to tailor solutions and close deals efficiently.2. Sales Management: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. - Set clear KPIs and metrics for tracking progress. - Work with marketing to create compelling sales materials.3. Consulting Services: - Provide strategic guidance and custom solutions to clients. - Act as a trusted advisor, driving innovation in consulting offerings.4. Effective Communication: - Ensure alignment with stakeholders and articulate value proposition. - Listen to client feedback and foster open communication within teams. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.- 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or consulting.- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools with knowledge of Excel.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Location- MumbaiWorking Days - Monday - Friday PRB
