Senior D365 CRM/CE Developer

Position Overview:We are looking for a Senior Functional D365 CRM/CE Developer based in India, who will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in D365 development along with a strong understanding of functional business processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and other technologies.Design and implement custom workflows, plugins, and business rules for D365 CRM/CE modules.Integrate D365 CRM/CE with third-party systems and other Microsoft technologies.Perform unit testing and resolve technical issues during implementation.Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical solutions with business needs.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.Review functional requirements and design technical specifications.Ensure the quality of deliverables through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.Support deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in the production environment.Stay updated with the latest D365 development tools and technologies.Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.Strong technical proficiency with C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and related development tools.Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, and Azure services.Experience in creating custom workflows, plugins, and integrations within D365 CRM/CE.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of D365 CRM/CE functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are highly desirable.
