Job Title: Recruiter - Data Analytics SpecialistLocation: RemoteJob Type: Freelance/ContractJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with expertise in Data Analytics recruitment to manage the full-cycle hiring process for technical and analytical roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the data analytics domain and a proven ability to source and secure top talent in this specialized field.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage highly qualified candidates for data analytics roles using job boards, social media, professional networks, and niche platforms.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future roles in the data analytics space.Screen candidates for roles such as Data Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers, Data Scientists, and related positions.Assess technical skills in areas like SQL, Python, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), machine learning concepts and Cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, AzureCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create role-specific recruitment strategies.Provide insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape for data analytics professionals.Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment laws.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5+ of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on data analytics roles.Proven track record in hiring for roles such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Intelligence professionals.Familiarity with tools and technologies commonly used in data analytics (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with Cloud platforms like GCP, AWSStrong sourcing skills using , GitHub, Kaggle, and other niche platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
