The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, career development guidance, and student counseling services. The role involves facilitating career management strategies and effective communication with clients to support their professional growth. Qualifications Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skillsStudent Counseling and Communication abilitiesStrong interpersonal and listening skillsAbility to assess individuals' skills, interests, and abilitiesExperience in conducting career assessments and advising on career pathsKnowledge of educational and occupational information resourcesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field PRB
