Position: SEO ExecutiveLocation: GurgaonExperience: 1-3 years (preferred)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our online presence, drive organic traffic, and enhance overall digital marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:Keyword Research & Analysis:Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.Analyze competitors to find gaps and develop content strategies.On-Page SEO:Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search rankings.Ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices across the site.Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.Off-Page SEO:Build and manage link-building campaigns, including backlinks and partnerships.Monitor and enhance domain authority through ethical link-building practices.Technical SEO:Conduct regular website audits and fix technical SEO issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed optimization.Work with the development team to ensure technical SEO compliance.Analytics & Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.Provide actionable insights based on performance data and trends.Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.Key Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.Exposure to diverse digital marketing projects.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Training and upskilling opportunities.
