Delivering from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico and Hyderabad, India, our scalable solutions cater precisely to diverse business requirements and multiple time zones (US time zone alignment).About Project / Team: (if any)We are seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer Role to join our team and collaborate closely with Microsoft's Global Support Partner (GPS) team. This role focuses on empowering and assisting global system integrator partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources for successful collaboration and integration within the Microsoft ecosystem.Responsibilities:Migrate from classic Azure Front Door (AFD) to premium.Integrate with Azure Traffic Manager to balance traffic effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cosmos DB.Manage and troubleshoot Service Fabric clusters, ensuring their health and performance.Setup new environments in test tenants and define Pre-Production Environments (PPE) in test environments.Maintain a cluster running 17 services, ensuring it remains healthy and operational across different regionsRequired Qualifications:Strong expertise in managing and troubleshooting Service Fabric.Proficient in C# debugging and .NET.Extensive experience with both stateful and stateless applications in Service Fabric.Knowledge of cluster management, node types, and debugging processes.Ability to handle CPU issues and use Geneva for monitoring.Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and troubleshooting cloud infrastructureExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications: (if any)Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with other Azure services and tools.Equal Employment Opportunity Declaration:WCT is an equal opportunity employer.
