Role Overview:We're seeking a Growth Hacker who thrives on creativity and results. You'll be responsible for managing and growing our social media accounts by leveraging the latest trends, creating compelling content, and engaging with our community. Your mission: increase our reach, boost engagement, and build a loyal audience.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Strategy: Develop creative and trend-driven content strategies for our social media platforms, ensuring they align with our brand and audience.Post Creatives: Design engaging posts and visuals using Canva or similar tools to captivate our audience.Reels & Video Content: Conceptualize and create eye-catching short-form videos and reels for platforms like Instagram and . Previous experience in this area is a big plus.Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging viral content opportunities to engage and grow our audience.Engagement: Actively interact with our community, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful conversations to boost engagement.Analytics & Growth: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.Campaigns: Design and execute innovative campaigns (giveaways, contests, challenges) to drive follower growth and engagement.Collaboration: Work closely with our content and design team to produce high-quality visuals and posts.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful growth campaigns.Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating visually stunning post creatives.Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and produce reels and short-form video content.Expert understanding of social media platforms (, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and designing engaging content.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with EdTech or job platforms is a plus.What We're Looking For:A growth hacker with a proven track record of building and scaling social media accounts.Someone with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends.Ability to think outside the box and create content that stands out in a crowded space.A proactive, independent worker who can thrive in a startup environment.
