HCL MEGA DRIVE For Manual Testing with QA on 3,4,5,6 Dec 2024PLEASE ATTEND ONLY IF YOU HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE into MANUAL TESTING WITH QAJob Description:Manual Testing Experience with QA ExperienceOnly Immediate Joiners are EligibleWalk-in Details:Date: 3,4,5,6 Dec 2024Timing : 11:00AM to 2:00 PMInterview location : TOWER 5 - HCL Elcot Sez, Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600119HR Contact: NIKITA VExperience 2 to 6 yearsLocation ChennaiKey responsibilities will include:Testing data using Microsoft Excel and the banks internal system (Manual Testing).Providing feedback on test results to the remediation data team.Liaise with external auditors (such as EY) to validate testing results.Maintaining the team inbox, and responding to ad hoc remediation enquiries via email and phone from stakeholders and business partners.Complete administration tasks regarding customer correspondence.Simplifying existing processes, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.Provide administrative support in managing stakeholder materials, minutes, managing actions and any other administrative duties.Identify and escalate issues and incidents when identified.Key Skills \ Experience required:Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Data testing experience and some Business Analyst experience, particularity gathering requirements and drafting a business rules document.Experience in constructing customer communications strategies is desirable (change management experience, letter writing).Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Strong focus on meeting deadlines and Service Level Agreements.Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail and high accuracy rate to identify errors in data/letters is essential.Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.Understanding of the Business and products (Home Buying, Deposit and Savings Products, Credit Cards and Personal Loans).CBA experience in an operational environment,Any experience on a remediation project (preferred).Experience in the financial services sector (preferred)Perks and Benefits :MNCCab facility (two way) (Upto 30 Kms Only)Salary : great in the industryExcellent working environmentFree Cab for female employeesInternational TrainersWorld class exposureHow You'll GrowAt HCL Tech, we offer continuous opportunities for you to find your spark and grow with us.
