Company Overview:We are an innovative freight forwarding technology company dedicated to revolutionizing the shipping and logistics industry. By developing advanced applications and web platforms, we streamline shipping operations and optimize logistical workflows for diverse commodities. We are seeking a UX Designer who specializes in designing user-centric applications and web apps, ensuring intuitive and efficient solutions for complex logistical processes.Key Responsibilities:User-Centered Design: Conduct in-depth user research and create personas to design interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.Application Interface Design: Craft functional, visually engaging, and user-friendly designs for our shipping management portal and related tools.Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to demonstrate concepts effectively and gather feedback.Collaborative Development: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine designs.Iterative Improvements: Incorporate user testing results and stakeholder feedback to refine designs and ensure optimal usability.Design Consistency: Establish and maintain a consistent design language across all interfaces using design systems and guidelines.Problem-Solving: Tackle unique design challenges related to freight forwarding and shipping, providing innovative and user-centric solutions.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in UX design, particularly in application or web app design.Strong portfolio showcasing applications, web apps, or logistics-related design projects.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.In-depth knowledge of UX principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industries is a plus.Exceptional communication skills for articulating design concepts and collaborating with teams.Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering top-quality designs.
