10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.Strong understanding of wealth management products, processes, and systems.Experience in managing projects related to client onboarding, portfolio management, digital platforms, or CRM systems.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Project management certification (PMP).Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
