Find out more about us at give.do/givegrantsAbout the roleWe are a trusted advisor for our clients (companies / corporate foundations / philanthropic foundations) in their giving journey. Our service offerings include strategy formulation, design, partner identification, KPI planning, on-ground monitoring and evaluation, and overall impact portfolio management. We also support clients in effectively using our CSR management tech platform. Our goal through each of these services is to help our clients maximize the social impact created by their CSR and philanthropic initiatives.You will engage with CSR and philanthropic leaders, corporate boards and grant committees to formulate their impact vision, translate that vision into a strategy that is aligned to their brand and operations, and to design programs that can translate that vision into reality. You will engage with sector experts and technical advisors as and when needed, but you will own the overall engagement and its outcome.Strong consulting skills (data analysis, research, articulation), comfort with multiple thematic domains (education / health / livelihoods etc), prior experience with program design and /or strategy formulation with extensive community engagement, and top tier academic credentials are a must have for this role.This is an individual contributor role, who may sometimes lead a 1-3 people team for specific engagements.
