Position: Supply Chain Generalist - Food and BeverageLocation: DohaWe are pleased to invite applications for the position of Supply Chain Generalist - Food and Beverage located in Doha. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals to join our esteemed organization in the hospitality industry.Role DescriptionAs a Supply Chain Generalist in the Food and Beverage sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of all supply chain activities including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfilment.As a Supply Chain Generalist, your duties include but are not limited to:Overseeing the procurement process from sourcing to deliveryManaging inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availabilityCoordinating with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationshipsMonitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metricsEnsuring compliance with industry regulations and standardsCollaborating with various departments to streamline operationsAnalyzing supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvementResolving any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely mannerSupporting the implementation of supply chain strategies and best practicesRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or procurement roles is preferred.Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management within the Food and Beverage industry.Food and beverage or Hospitality background is a must.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
