ROLE PURPOSE: The Classified & Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating the Classifieds & Services section in gaining and retaining customers. This role includes overseeing the moderation of pages, handling customer inquiries and concerns, performing data entry, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Managing customer accounts, following up for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance, account statuses, and other problems.Submitting the Sales plan as per the set objectives.Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.Generating leads, communicating with them, and converting leads to sales.Interacting with customers for product offering and brand awareness daily through:Outdoor meetingsIndoor meetingsInbound and outbound callsCommunicating with inter-departments and supporting tasks related to Classifieds & Services.Identifying clients who show inclination towards the product but did not purchase it and following up with special deals and offerings.Creating and conducting effective proposal presentations, negotiating, and sending Requests for Proposal (RFP) quoting rates and terms to sign contracts and onboard clients with Classified and Services.Having a clear understanding of business trends and customer behavior cycles.Educating clients and users on guidelines for posting advertisements on the website.Upselling and cross-selling products and services related to Classifieds & Services.Taking initiative on aftersales and providing prompt solutions to users.Handling customer issues and complaints and addressing them clearly.Maintaining records and informing management of contacted and not contacted leads, ensuring they are recorded into personal and automated follow-up processes.Updating all sales-related data on CRM.Conducting competitor analysis, data, and market research.Suggesting and implementing innovative marketing strategies with the content team.Implementing promotions, discounts, and vouchers to boost and generate sales growth.Supporting the Head of Department with day-to-day tasks as required.Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including:Sales callsMonthly sales pipelineClosed salesFollow-up activitiesSales expense reportPresentationsSales meeting report (new business)Daily signed contract reportQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.Familiarity with CRM software.Strong verbal and communication skills.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.Possess a valid driving license.Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required.
