We are looking for an Analyst - Investment Banking AdvisoryPrimary Responsibilities:Assisting senior bankers in origination/coverage efforts across the Advisory division's products (M&A, ECM, DCM, and restructuring), with full involvement across the entire deal cycle (from origination to execution)Work with senior bankers on drafting and reviewing marketing materials and deal-related documents including pitchbooks, proposals, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, and transaction findings reportsFull involvement in transaction execution processes, including supporting the deal team to ensure parties keep to deadlines, coordinating with external third-party advisors, and preparing client deliverables and requestsPerforming detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses on public and private companies across industries, using various methodologiesPerforming ad hoc analyses related to capital structure advice (leverage analysis, amongst others)Performing in-depth company and industry research to support live deal execution and pitchesProfile:1-2 years of experience in investment banking or Big 4 (deals and advisory teams)First-class academic track recordExcellent financial modeling skillsExcellent communication skills in speaking and writing in English; Arabic is a plusExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, amongst others);Willingness to be part of an entrepreneurial environment with significant growth prospectsAbility to work independently and enjoy taking on responsibility
