WHY JOIN US?5 days work: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm / 8.30am-5pm seldom OT Peaceful small office Public Listed Company Welcome Auditor (min 3 years experiences) & Account Executive (min 3 years experiences handle few companies full set accounts) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process and consolidate few full set accounts, tax planning and submission, financial analyses and audit reports.
2. Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts, generate financial and management reports.
3. Review and amend reports done by subordinate such as bank reconciliation, cash flow, petty cash, calculation for receipt & payment done.
4. Ensure proper maintenance of accurate, complete and up to date accounting record.
5. Handle and supervise all accounting, IPO, audit and taxation matters, prepare audit schedule.
6. Liaise with internal and external part such as banks, government, lawyer agencies and others for finance & accounting related matters.
7. Monitor & seek approval to book foreign exchange rate for incoming money.
8. Investigate and resolve audit & tax findings, account discrepancies, non-compliances.
9. Communicate with China customers via WeChat.
10. To perform any other relevant duties as required by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA, or related qualification.
2. Min working experiences: 3 years in audit firm or 5 years handle few companies full set account.
3. To learn and be capable to consolidate few companies full set accounts.
4. Based in KL city office, sometime travel to Kajang office, process own transport.
5. Able to work independently, trustable with minimum supervision.
6. Familiarity using Microsoft, SQL, Autocount and other accounting software.
