Junior AP Accountant ( Odoo )

If you have 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and are ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you! What you're going to do:

1. Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
2. Payment Management: Prepare and execute payments to vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Reconciliation: Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts payable transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
4. Vendor Communication: Maintain effective communication with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies, fostering strong relationships.
5. Record Keeping: Ensure all accounts payable records are accurately maintained and organized for easy retrieval.
6. Expense Reports: Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policy.
7. Reporting: Assist in preparing accounts payable reports for management, highlighting any issues or trends.
8. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and answering inquiries.
9. Policy Compliance: Adhere to all financial controls and company policies related to accounts payable processes.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the accounts payable function and recommend solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
