Video Production head-Assistant

The Video Company We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Video Production Head to support our production team in creating exceptional visual content. The ideal candidate will assist the Video Production Head in coordinating all aspects of video production, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in managing end-to-end video production processes, from pre-production to post-production. · Act as a liaison between clients, crew, and the production team to ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements. · Support in arranging necessary crew, equipment, and locations for shoots. · Supervise on-field production activities and ensure seamless execution of shoots. · Assist in managing production schedules, timelines, and budgets to meet deadlines. · Oversee production data management, including footage handling and archival processes. · Collaborate with creative teams, editors, and graphic designers to ensure project objectives are met. · Troubleshoot and resolve any production challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. Key Requirements: · Passion for video production and storytelling. · Freshers are most welcome, provided they have a strong learning mindset and interest in video production. ·  less then/1 Experienced candidates (in a similar role) . Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Broadcasting, related field or any field · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. · Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal). · Ability to work both in-office and on-location, as required. · Familiarity with video production equipment and software tools. · Creative problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges.
