Company name: Electronics Factory Job Title: QMS (Quality Management System) or Document Control Engineer (ID3348) Hours per week: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm Location: Ang Mo Kio, Central, Singapore Job category: Engineering and Technicians Job Description: Responsible for maintaining management systems & managing document control processes. Assist to establish procedures/work instructions & distribution of documents. Track & ensure timely calibration/preventive maintenance of tools & equipment. Conduct internal audits. Ensure system readiness for both 3rd party certification body & customer audits. Conducts training for new hired on the Quality & RBA systems. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time. Requirements: Education: Degree / Diploma in Engineering disciplines Working Experience: Min.2 years of working experiences in managing QMS system & document control, preferably in manufacturing or Semi con related industries. Internal auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001 Knowledge of Social, Environmental & Ethical industrial standards preferred Knowledge in problem solving methodologies – 8D, 5WHY, FMEA MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr
