Review of Quality documents such as Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan, Procurement plan.
Collaborate with engineering teams to perform criticality assessments on project Materials in accordance with SAEP-1151 requirements. Use the results of criticality assessments to assign appropriate inspection levels and prioritize and plan quality surveillance and inspection activities effectively.
Reviewing Purchase Requisitions material submittals as per Aramco requirements before submitting to the client for approval.
Participate in review of technical bid evaluation to ensure quality aspects are met by vendors in line with Material Requisition.
Review of No objection letter before submission to client prior to award of PO.
Prepare the IAP (Inspection Assignment Package) and submit it to the client for approval.
Perform/Participate in the Pre-Inspection Meeting with Vendor.
Communicate with the Project team and client to coordinate inspection activities in a timely manner and resolve any quality-related issues or Nonconformities.
Coordinate the review and approval, as necessary, of quality-related procedures (such as Inspection and test Plans (ITPs), weld procedure qualifications, welder qualification, NDT procedures, heat treatment procedures, and pressure testing procedures) and quality reports.
Ensure the inspections and tests are carried out in accordance with the approved ARAMCO Forms 175 or Special and the established Inspection and Test Plans.
Review all inspection reports and transmit a copy to COMPANY.
Prepare and transmit a Two-Week Look-Ahead Schedule of all planned Inspections and test activities and a weekly fabrication status report in accordance with Schedule Q requirements.
Prepare and submit inspection disposition reports once inspection activities are completed.
Assist the engineering team in preparing material requisitions (MR’s) in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.
Review of Aramco NMR 601 & 602.
Report to the Quality Manager.
