We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to support our staff and drive operational excellence within our organisation.About the Role
The Operations Director will oversee our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, process optimisation, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify areas for improvement in work-flows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of managers and staff across various departments, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring financial discipline and cost efficiency.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of operations, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Oversee supply chain management and logistics to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
- Identify potential risks in the operational processes and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on business.
- Ensure that all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
- Work closely with other department heads to support overall company objectives and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
- Lead and manage change initiatives to improve operational processes and drive organisational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Law firms is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using business software and tools for process improvement and data analysis.
- Fluency in Arabic is required Saudi Nationals Preferred.
