Accountant-Payroll

Responsible for the accurate processing of payroll and other employee-related expenses within scheduled timeframes.A diligent member in the payroll team for timely and smooth delivery of routine work assigned.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Ensuring Payroll is completed accurately and within schedule monthly• Accounting of payroll the correct ledgers and cost centers• Respond to all employee queries• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices• Scheduling and timely preparation of employee paymentsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducation• Bachelor's degree in finance or Equivalent.Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)• Professional Certification in the related field (CFA, CPA, etc.)Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)• High level of Accountability• Keen/attentive to details• Familiarity in analyzing/generating financial statements.• Understanding Government Laws and Regulations (GOSI, etc.)• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law• Familiarity in ERP systems and other related financial reporting systems• Familiarity with account reconciliation/Audit and Proficient in MS Office applicationExperience• Minimum of 3-9 years' experience handling payrollLanguages• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English• Arabic Language (Spoken/Written) Will Be An AdvantageWORKING RELATIONSInternal Interactions• All Business Functions & employeesExternal Interactions• Supplier/vendors, government agencies as maybe requiredAbout Application ProcessIf you meet the criteria and you are enthusiastic about the role, we would welcome yourapplication.Tocomplete the application you would need the following document(s):
