IGT is hiring for Customer Service Representative (walk-in) - Airline Process Spread the word and refer eligible candidates for this opportunity. Details below: "Please Note" - It will be Work from Office during training and post that WFH will be provided to the employees Job Summary : The Process Associate for Airline Operations will support various administrative and operational functions within the airline process. This role involves ensuring efficient handling of passenger services, ticketing, reservations, cancellations, and flight operations while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities :

  • .Ticket booking, cancellation, flight delays over voice
  • Solving queries related to Refund and baggage’s
  • Informing customers the flight details
Qualification: - HSC / Graduate Date: 6 Days working 24*7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)1 Rotational Week Off Communication: - Fluent English Communication Salary - CTC: INR 15,605 In-hand: INR 13,100 Once you reach office please connect to R.
