SUMMARY OF THE ROLEHead of TreasuryLocation: Schiedam, NetherlandsFulltimeAre you an internationally oriented Treasurer seeking a dynamic blend of operational and tactical responsibilities? Mammoet is looking for a Head of Treasury to manage and enhance its global Treasury function.Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll be accountable for Treasury performance and play a key role in optimizing cash management, foreign exchange risk, and intercompany financing while ensuring compliance with debt agreements.If you're ready to lead in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this is your chance to make an impact at a global leader in heavy lifting and transport solutions.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGManage Mammoet's cash pool setup, including bank relationships, KYC documentation, and account management.Lead the implementation and maintenance of intercompany netting tools for settlements.Oversee daily cash management, forecasting liquidity needs, and arranging borrowing when necessary.Provide input on financial decisions, such as asset acquisitions, leasing, and capitalization reviews.Manage foreign exchange risks, execute hedging strategies, and ensure compliance with debt agreements.Issue bank guarantees and collaborate with the legal team on complex guarantee structures.Prepare and present monthly financial reports for the Board and shareholder.Maintain strong relationships with core banks, ensuring efficient communication and service.Support the roll-out of SAP S/4HANA host-to-host connections with various banks.Advice on foreign exchange positions and execute hedges.Responsible for debt positions, including intercompany debt, loan documentation and interest rates.Review debt/equity structures for all subsidiaries in conjunction with tax and accounting.Provide analytical support for special projects, financial forecasting, and capital structure analysis.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline with a focus on Finance.Over 10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a comparable Treasury role.Strong analytical and structuring skills with hands-on experience in arranging financing.Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.Leadership capacity with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Up-to-date knowledge of financial risk management, corporate finance, and project finance.Familiarity with fiscal and financing legislation and its impact on group accounting.Ability to review, comment on, and manage legal documentation effectively.Knowledge of Treasury IT systems and experience with SAP S/4HANA and other platforms.Strong organizational sensitivity, able to maintain and manage internal and external relationships.WHAT YOU'LL GETCompetitive Salary: Reflective of your expertise and leadership role.Challenging Environment: Opportunities to lead Treasury functions in a global, innovative company.Professional Growth: Access to continuous learning, training, and development opportunities.Collaborative Culture: Work within a supportive team committed to innovation and excellence.Comprehensive Benefits: A robust benefits package to support your well-being and lifestyle.WANT TO KNOW MORE?Get in touch - email Ingrid Suters
